1. Lifetime License Grant

Upon purchase of PagePulse 100, AuraFlux Labs grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software on up to three (3) personal or agency computers owned or managed by the licensee.

2. Permitted Commercial Use

You may use PagePulse 100 to optimize and process unlimited images and videos for personal, freelance, client, or corporate commercial projects without royalties, attribution requirements, or recurring fees.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Sub-license, resell, rent, or distribute copies of the PagePulse 100 software binary to third parties.
Publicly share, leak, or publish your private license key.
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the binary packages beyond the rights granted by open-source components under the LGPL/GPL licenses.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of PagePulse 100. If you are not satisfied with the software or your PageSpeed results within 14 days of purchase, you may request a 100% refund through our payment provider or by emailing contact@pagepulse.app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PagePulse 100 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AuraFlux Labs does not guarantee specific PageSpeed scores, as total website performance also depends on hosting, CSS/JS structure, and third-party scripts.
